Sending an inquiry by email

CRO-MECHANIX receives general inquiries by email at info@cro-mechanix.hr. You can also write to Jura Tomorad directly at jura.tomorad@cro-mechanix.hr. Attach drawings, sketches and the project brief to your message.

What to attach to your inquiry

  • Project brieftype of equipment, purpose, what needs to be calculated or produced
  • Drawings or sketchesexisting documentation, dimensions, geometry of nozzles and supports
  • Operating conditionsdesign pressure and temperature, medium, corrosion allowance, cyclic loads
  • External loadswind, earthquake, nozzle forces, mass of contents
  • Applicable standardEN 13445, EN 12952, EN 12953, EN 13480, AD 2000, ASME VIII or the client's requirement
  • Deadlineespecially if material has to be ordered from a preliminary calculation

If material has to be ordered before the final calculation, say so in the inquiry. CRO-MECHANIX then prepares a preliminary calculation from the documents you send.

What happens after your inquiry

  1. Review of the documents and the applicable standard.

    EN 13445, EN 13458, EN 12952, EN 12953, EN 13480, AD 2000, or ASME Section VIII Division 1 or Division 2.

  2. Assessment of the scope and choice of method, design by formulae (DBF) or design by analysis (DBA), based on the geometry, design pressure and temperature, medium and external loads.

  3. A quotation for that project.

    Each price is set individually; there is no price list.
